My Day at the Palace
Eltham Palace has been home to kings and the wealthy over the centuries. Have you ever been there? Well let me tell you about it. My class went there and it was fun, and my favourite room was Virginia’s room. Great halls date back to the medieval times.
In the Tudor times they served food all day. The food they had was duck, swan, lamb and jelly and custard. You can also dance in Tudor times. They had large bedrooms to entertain guests. The house had a lot of modern features, including a central vacuum system.
